Excellent Feedback on Engaged Workplaces Coaching Programs
I wanted to touch base to thank you all for your participation in and support of the Australia Post Retail Sales and Service Program. With the final coaching call stream having completed last week, we are now working through the project wrap up.
Whether you did so as a workshop and/or a Coaching Call facilitator, please note you played a major part in a well-received project. Our Aus Post stakeholders have been extremely congratulatory and appreciative of the quality of what we have done in both of these areas. We are seeing some significant outcomes being achieved in terms of behavioural change in Outlet staff, as well as business impact.
